Find missing information
Check the workspace, access, processing result and service state before concluding that a record is missing.
Start with the exact message on the page. Empty, restricted and unavailable results need different responses.
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| No records to show | Confirm the workspace, clear search or filters, and check other result pages. The list contains only records available to your reader. |
| Restricted or no recorded clearance | Ask an administrator to review your access. The message doesn’t establish that a particular record exists. |
| A page or service is unavailable | Retry once the connection is available. If it persists, report the page and message; an unavailable reader isn’t evidence of an empty workspace. |
| A retained artifact with no linked claims | Inspect the admission result and receipts. Saving the source and admitting a claim are separate steps. |
| A review action is disabled | Check whether evidence is available, whether a required reason is missing, and whether your role allows the decision. |
| A count differs from the visible list | Check pagination, claim batches, filters and any partial-load warning. |
After an import
Section titled “After an import”Follow the artifact link from the import result. Confirm that its content is the document you intended to save. Read the admission result before looking for claims in Record or Needs you. A pending result doesn’t mean the source needs uploading again.
If the source can’t be reopened, note the reference and the displayed message for support. Avoid repeated submissions while the result is uncertain.
Report enough to investigate
Section titled “Report enough to investigate”Include the page name, time and timezone, the action you attempted, the visible error, and a record or receipt reference if your support channel permits it. Say whether the problem affects one record or the whole page.
Don’t include credentials, full source documents or private workspace content in a public issue. Use your organization’s approved support channel for sensitive material. A cropped screenshot of the error is often sufficient.
