Console guide
Use the console
Find your workspace, review what needs attention, and follow a record back to its evidence.
The console is where you inspect the record and make decisions that need a person. Start with the workspace you intend to use, then open Needs you for pending reviews or Record to explore recorded information.
Sign in using the console address supplied to your organization. The pages and actions you see depend on your workspace, permissions and the capabilities available in your deployment.
Understand the information you see
Section titled “Understand the information you see”| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Workspace | The organization or working context you’re currently using. Check it before importing information or making a decision. |
| Artifact | A retained source you can inspect, such as captured text or an imported document. |
| Claim | A statement proposed for, or admitted to, the record. Its evidence and status matter as much as its wording. |
| Context of record | The information selected from the record for a request, within the caller’s access. |
| Receipt | Recorded evidence of a processing step or decision. Its details explain what happened. |
Saving a source and admitting its claims are separate outcomes. A document can be available in Artifacts while a claim still needs review. An answer can cite information you can read without including every source in your workspace.
Choose a task
Section titled “Choose a task”- Review pending work: inspect a claim’s evidence before endorsing or rejecting it.
- Inspect artifacts and import text: find the saved source and understand its processing result.
- Understand workspaces and access: distinguish workspace membership, content access and administrative controls.
- Read case files and briefs: understand how evidence, summaries and recorded work relate.
- Resolve missing or unavailable information: check scope, processing and service availability.
Follow the evidence
Section titled “Follow the evidence”Suppose an imported maintenance note says a pump was inspected on Tuesday. The artifact is the saved note. A proposed claim is the statement about that inspection. Reviewing it means comparing the statement with its cited source, including the date and any conditions. A receipt describes the recorded processing or review outcome.
That evidence supports what the note says. It doesn’t independently prove that the inspection happened. Use the source and its authority when deciding how much to rely on the statement.
