Vocabulary

Subjects, entry kinds and predicates give the record its meaning. Vocabulary growth and a preview before approval are coming soon.

The record uses named subjects and defined meanings. Your agent reads the relevant vocabulary before it writes a line.

Part What it describes Example
Subject kind The category of a subject. A person, place, asset or project.
Entry kind What an entry records. A decision, observation or commitment.
Predicate What a line says about its subject. Who owns an asset, or when a commitment is due.

A predicate has a defined meaning. Similar words can mean different relationships. The Syderial Decider checks the selected meaning against the statement and its source.

Your agent uses the subjects and meanings available in the workspace. It can’t turn an invented subject or a new word into an accepted record by calling it approved.

In that flow, repeated usage suggests a new meaning or kind. Syderial checks examples and nearby meanings. A person reviews what the record will look like and approves the addition. Suggested vocabulary doesn’t become active on its own.

Each workspace chooses which vocabulary it uses. Sharing a vocabulary definition doesn’t share the workspace’s sources or statements.

Vocabulary names can grow. The record still distinguishes statements, observations and actions. Every line still needs evidence, access labels and a recorded outcome. A new kind doesn’t bypass those rules.

See The journal for entries and lines.
